Steve Bulmer – Massage Therapist.
I get a great deal of satisfaction from being a sports massage practitioner, as I get to help a great many people from all walks of life. A sports practitioner does not just treat athletes or sports enthusiasts, although a good deal of my time is spent that way.
All my patients have achievements and stories to tell and I gain much pleasure from these successes and feel personal pride in knowing that I have helped in some small way with these achievements, be they from professional athletes achieving gold to elderly citizens getting through the day with increased mobility.
Also being a management consultant gives me an added skill-set which helps me to fully appreciate the stresses of everyday business life and enables me to pinpoint the areas of stress and how best to treat these. I have had much success with local business executives in relieving the harmful effects of stress and thus increasing effectiveness.

Esther Fox - BSc (hons) Post Grad Dip MCSP.
My interest in Physiotherapy started many years ago after many falls off of racehorses!
Since then I have qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist and have worked in a number of different settings, including hospitals, clinics and schools. I am trained in Pilates and to use the principles of Pilates to tailor the exercise programmes to help rehabilitate after accidents, injury and operation. My treatment tends to be a combination of ‘hands on’ therapy, exercise therapy and electrotherapy. I work in close conjunction with the other professionals at Zenith House.
Outside of the clinic life is busy and active. I am a keen and experienced rider and have been involved with Equestrian competition, in the form of top level eventing, show-jumping and racing for many years. Last year I took up rock climbing and am always keen to get involved in outdoor adventure sport. My second great love is Ashtanga yoga which I practise regularly and love to be involved in Ashtanga yoga workshops and training worldwide.
