Q: What should I wear for my appointments?
A: Your normal clothes would be fine. You may be asked to remove certain items but your dignity will be maintained at all times.
During a massage you will be asked to remove your clothing to your underwear. You will be covered at all times and only the area being worked upon will be uncovered. Your dignity and comfort is most important. Should you feel uncomfortable at any time please just mention it to your practitioner and any treatment will stop immediately and concerns can be discussed and worked around.
Q: Do I need to bring any medication I am taking?
A: It is not necessary to bring the medication but a list of the drugs and dosage would be very helpful.
Q: Do I need to bring anything to my appointment?
A: No just yourself.
